Youve lost me. And as you have only 1200 tracks im guessing that whatever you do wont be that much of a chore.

Yes you could put all you music in one folder. When you start Pro again all the tracks will be missing but you would just need to Relocate them all by selecting the new Folder . You would also have to relocate them all in your playlists. This wont take to long as you only have 1200 tunes .
Pro has written all your tags so you wont lose anything.

Then you can apply the Star rating to all the tracks in the 8 playlists and just delete all the duplicates without stars in the collection .

Dont over complicate matters. 1200 tunes will not take long to organise.

(I will delete the other thread)

Excuse me buggles, lighten up a bit? , what are you talking about.? Where in my post do i come across as an 'asshole'

The comment at the end of your post seemed a bit off. Telling some to 'Read A Book' and 'Go ask your mother' would seem vaguely insulting.
I merely asked you to explain what you meant.

I suggest you refrain from calling anyone an asshole , no sorry let me rephrase that, im telling you not to call anyone an asshole on this forum. Personal abuse will not be tolerated.

And i agree maybe you ought to leave the job to me as your solution to the other members issue would not work.

No more abuse , got it.

Karlos,
okay, you didn't know what i meant by read a book. so what i meant by 'go ask your mother' was if you don't know what i'm saying, go ask anyone and they should know, or just forget about it. it was never intended as a real insult. all tongue in cheek.

i was only trying to help. you could have simply pointed out that i misunderstood the problem, but instead said that i 'clearly didn't read his problem'.
i love that word. 'clearly' BTW
well, i read the post and tried to help. which is why i said 'don't take my word for it' in the first place. which FYI is what they say all the time on Reading Rainbow.

i apologize, however. and in retrospect it WAS a little off. Run DMC on reading rainbow, check it out:

Well the explanation is fine. Now that you explain it, i know what it means now (Run DMC of course!).

As for calling me an 'Asshole' and an 'ass' in the post youve deleted. It was late and i wasnt impressed.
The Air is cleared.

A wise man once said.....

He who says the words clearly only hears the words clearly, clearly.

Clearly, I am clearly happy that in this journey we clearly call life two people can clearly put their differences aside.

I just want to be clear, clearly.
